A Mass that can last as long as two hours in an ancient language might seem like something that would appeal only to old-timers.
But in the handful of area churches that offer a traditional Latin Mass, the congregations tend to have a younger mix.
Many people in their 20s and 30s fill the pews at these Masses.

Latin Mass Article in Enquirer
The Enquirer recently ran an article on resurgence of the Latin Mass. Most of the article focuses on efforts in our diocese, specifically at St. Bernard in Dayton. This is partly due to necessity - the Archdiocese of Cincinnati has not been so quick to embrace Pope Benedict's decree. The focus is refreshing - not on any perceived problem with the current Mass, but rather the beauty of the Latin Mass in its own rite (no pun intended). Click here to view the article. Excerpt:
